The ICS Triplex T8310 Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) Trusted Expander Processor is a safety-critical component used in industrial control systems (ICS) and other applications that require high reliability and availability. It is a TMR device, which means that it has three independent processing cores that execute the same instructions in lockstep. This redundancy allows the T8310 to continue operating even if one of its cores fails.
